| 摘 要： | 目的研究银川市回族、汉族人群牙釉质微量元素的含量及差异。方法采用电感藕合等离子光谱分析法（ICP-AES）测定和比较回族与汉族人群牙釉质中19种微量元素含量。结果银川市回族与汉族在As、Cr、Fe、La、Mn、Nb、Ni、Pb、Sr、Ti和V等11种元素含量差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,而Al、Ba、Be、Ca、Cd、Mg、Y和Zn等元素含量无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论银川市回族与汉族人群牙釉质中11种微量元素含量显著不同。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the contents and differences of the enamel microelements between Hui and Han citizens in Yinchuan.Methods 19 sorts of microelements in the enamel was determined by using ICP-AES between Hui and Han citizens in Yinchuan.Results There were quite marked differences in the enamel microelements such as As,Cr,Fe,La,Mn,Nb,Ni,Pb,Sr,Ti and V（P0.01）,and there were no significant differences in Al,Ba,Be,Ca,Cd,Mg,Y and Zn（P0.05） between Hui and Han citizens in Yinchuan.Conclusion The results show significant differences in the enamel microelements between Hui and Han citizens in Yinchuan. |
