| 摘 要： | 目的 了解卵巢癌腹腔化疗前后血清可溶性白细胞介素－２受体（ＩＬ－２Ｒ）的变化。方法 采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验（ＥＬＩＳＡ法）检测４１例卵巢癌患者在腹腔化疗前后血清ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ水平，并与正常对照组比较。结果 卵巢癌患者在腹腔化疗前血清ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ水平显著高于正常对照组（Ｐ〈０．００１），水平升高与病灶大小呈正相关；治疗后患者血清ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ水平比治疗前明显下降（Ｐ〈０．００１），但仍显著高于对

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the changes of serum soluble interleukin 2 receptor (SIL 2R) Methods:Test the level of serum SIL 2R of 41 cases of oophoromas before and after chemical therapy of abdominal cavity by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and compare it with that of the control group Results:The level of serum SIL 2R of oophoromas was much higher than that of the control group before chemical therapy( P <0 01) It had positive correlation with focus It greatly decreased after treatment ( P <0 001), but it was still significantly higher than that of the control group( P <0 05) It had close relation with the changes of the desease The level of serum SIL 2R of successful subjects was remarkably lower than that of the unsuccessful ones( P <0 05) Conclusion:The changes of serum SIL 2R of oophoromas had positive correlation with the size of tumor Testing the level of the oophoromas' serum SIL 2R was helpful to estimate the state of illness, effcetiveness and prognosis |
