摘    要:目的探讨植物性雌激素三羟异黄酮(GST)对局灶性永久性脑缺血成年雄性大鼠大脑皮层神经组织的保护作用。方法实验分为假手术组、缺血组、GST组和溶剂对照组,采用HE染色、甲苯胺蓝染色和电子显微镜观察的方法,研究颈内动脉注射GST应急治疗对雄性大鼠局灶性永久性脑缺血模型中大脑皮层神经组织神经元,突触和血-脑脊液屏障的保护作用。结果GST组与缺血组比较,神经元、突触和血-脑脊液屏障的损伤均明显减轻。结论GST应急治疗对缺血性脑损伤的神经组织具有明显的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the protective effect of genistein(GST) on the cerebral cortex of permanent focal cerebral ischemia male rats.Methods The protective effects of internal carotid artery injection GST on nerve tissue were detected by HE staining,toluidine blue staining and electron microscopy methods.Results As compared with those in ischemia group,the damages of neurons,synapses and blood-brain barrier in GST group were relieved significantly.Conclusion GST emergency treatment has obviously protectiv...
