| 摘 要： | 近年来，我们把自动穿刺活检术应用在肺部肿块的诊断。本文随机两组病例，ＵＳＧＡＢ组（５２例）阳性率９２．３１％，较手动穿刺活检组（６１例）阳性率８１．９８％提高二组取材长度＞１ｃｍ，标本量充足，满足了细胞病理尤其是病理学的需要，提高了细胞病理学的诊断水平，弥补了手动穿刺活检组病理诊断阳性低的不足；在＜２ｃｍ的肿块中，ＵＳＧＡＢ有较高取材阳性率，故ＵＳＧＡＢ对小病灶和选择性取材部位有独特的意义。ＵＳＧＡＢ组无一例发生并发症。我们认为在肺部肿块的穿刺诊断中，ＵＳＧＡＢ快速、简便、安全、实用、取材充分，不失为一种更加实用的方法。

| Abstract: | The Ultrasonically Guided Active Biopsy(USGAB) was used in diagnosis of lung masses recent years.There are two groups in this paper. The positive rate is 92. 31 % in USGAB group (52 cases) higher than 81. 98% in USGHB. Length of the cutted tissue be jond to 1cm and enough specimen quanitity was satisfied Pathologic need and raised diagnostic level of cell -. pathology. USGAB had higher posivive rate in gaining specimen of < 2cm massed and unique meaning to small region and chasing place of gaining specimen. No complication had happened in USGAB group. We consider that USGAB is a quick, convenient. safe, more practcal method in the puncture of lung mass. |
