微波治疗宫颈糜烂的临床观察

目的探讨微渡与CO2激光对宫颈糜烂疗效优劣；方法用微波治疗100例，CO2激光治疗宫颈糜烂86例，疗效经u检验处理；结果微波与CO2激光治疗宫颈糜烂疗效比较u=2．20，P<0．05，微波治疗效果明显优于CO2激光治疗效果，不良反应比较，无显性差异u=0．72，P>0.05。结论微波治疗宫颈糜烂疗效好，修复快，副作用低，值得推广应用。

Clinical Observation of Treating Cervicitis with Microwave

Objective The different curative effects of microwave therapy and CO 2-laser therapy in cervicitis were studied and discussed in the paper. Methods 100 cases were treated with microwave therapy and 86 cases were treated with CO 2-laser therapy,their curative effects were then compared with u method. Results Comparing the curative effects of microwave therapy and CO 2-laser therapy,we got u=2.20,P<0.05.Therefore microwave therapy was clearly more effective than CO 2-laser therapy.There was no distinct difference in their adverse effects(u=0.72,P>0.05). Conclusion Microwave therapy has the advantages of better curative and quicker effects with mild adverse effects,it is worth popularizing in treating cervicitis.
