涡轮牙钻+骨凿法在下颌阻生智齿拔除中的临床应用

摘    要:目的探索涡轮牙钻 骨凿法在下颌阻生智齿拔除术的应用,并与骨凿法进行比较分析。方法2004年7月~2007年9月用骨凿法与涡轮牙钻 骨凿法拔除各类下颌阻生智齿1789例,对其各类阻生智齿的术中并发症201例、术后并发症263例产生的原因进行分析。结果在1789例下颌阻生智齿中,采用骨凿法拔除689例,术中并发症122例,占17.70%。术后并发症139例,占20.17%。而用涡轮牙钻 骨凿法拔除1100例,术中并发症79例,占7.18%。术后并发症124例,占11.27%,两组方法差异显著(P<0.01)。手术完成时间,骨凿组为(48.71±19.58)min、涡轮牙钻 骨凿组为(37.56±18.69)min,两组差异显著(P<0.01)。结论涡轮牙钻 骨凿法拔除下颌阻生智齿,手术创伤小、时间短、施力准确、易于保护,可大大降低术中、术后并发症。

Abstract:Objective To explore the apply of the use of turbine dental drill and bone chisel method in extracting each kind of mandible impacted tooth, analytical with bone chisel. Methods 1789 tooth extractions were analyzed, which included 226 operation complications and 287 after operation complications. Results In 1789 examples, adopt the bone chisel method to pull out 789, operation complications were 140 example, share 17.74%.After operation complications were 165, share 20.91%.Adopt another method to pull out 1200, operation complications were 86, share 7.1%.After operation complications were 124, share 10.33%. Two sets of method were significantly different(P<0.01).The operating time of the bone chisel and turbine dental drill plus bone chisel method were significantly different(P<0.01). Conclusions To pull out every variety mandible impacted third molar use the turbine dental drill plus bone chisel method,the wound is small,time is short and apply accurate,easy to protect,can lower complications after operation.
