| 摘 要： | 目的：通过测定葡萄糖-6-磷酸异构酶（GPI）在类风湿关节炎（RA）治疗前后的变化，分析GPI对RA疗效判断的意义。方法：检测RA组、健康对照组血清的GPI、类风湿因子（RF）浓度，并对结果进行统计分析。结果：RA组的GPI浓度值和阳性率均显著高于健康对照组（P〈0．001），且RA活动组GPI浓度值和阳性率显著高于RA非活动组（P〈0．001）；治疗后随病情缓解，GPI浓度值显著下降。结论：GPI在RA中的升高程度与关节炎的活动性有关，并随病情缓解下降，可作为治疗后病情缓解的指标。
