| Abstract: | Depression,as an important predictor of morbidity and mortality,is associated with coronary heart disease.In 2009,the American Academy of Family Physicians（AAFP）commission on Science delivered the guideline for the detection and management of post-myocardial infarction depression.Here we try to make a brief introduction to the guideline. |
