| 摘 要： | 胰高血糖素样肽-1是肠道L细胞分泌的一种十分重要的肠促胰岛素,其主要生理作用包括进食后刺激胰岛素的分泌和释放,抑制胰高血糖素的分泌,促进β细胞的增殖并抑制其凋亡,抑制胃排空,促进饱食感的产生等。胰高血糖素样肽-1类似物同样具有上述作用。但与其他降血糖药物相比,胰高血糖素样肽-1及其类似物在β细胞保护及降低体重方面具有独特优势。因此,胰高血糖素样肽-1类似物作为新型的治疗2型糖尿病药物,可改变糖尿病的自然进程。

| Abstract: | GLP-1 is an important incm in secreted by intestinal L cells,of which the main physiological effects are stimulating the secretion and releasing of insulin after eating,inhibiting the secretion of hyporglycosemia,promoting the proliferation of β-cell in pancreas while inhibiting its apoptosis,inhibiting gastric evacuation,improving the feeling of overeating and so on.GLP-1 analogues have the same effect above.However,compared with other hypoglycemic drugs,GLP-1 and its analogues in the β cell protection,and weight-loss have a unique advantage.Therefore,GLP-1 analogues which is a new treatment of type 2 diabetes drugs,can change the natural process of diabetes. |
