| 摘 要： | 本文用放射免疫法测定180例各种肝病患者血浆中胃动素含量。结果表明:肝硬化患者、肝硬化失代偿期和伴有肝硬化的肝癌患者的胃动素均明显升高(p<0.05,或p<0.01)。提示血浆胃动素测定对急性、慢性肝炎和肝硬化的病情监测有价值。

| Abstract: | Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the motilin content in plasma of 180 patients with various hepatic diseases. The results showed a marked increase in all patients with cirrhosis, cirrhosis of decompensation phase, or liver cancer accompanied by cirrhosis (p<0.05 or p<0.01).It suggested that the determination of motilin in plasma may be of value to the monitoring of the conditions of patients with acute and chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis. |
