新式剖宫产764例临床分析

目的 评价新式剖宫产术式的优点。方法 分析764例新式剖宫产产妇术中、术后情况，并与同期腹膜外剖官产及子宫下段剖宫产比较。结果 新式剖宫产较膜外剖官产从开腹到胎儿娩出时间平均缩短10．1min（P〈0．01），出血量平均减少28ml（P〈0．05），且娩胎头容易；较子宫下段剖官产手术时间平均缩短12min（P〈0．01），术后进食平均早11．9h（P〈0．01），术后排气平均早15．5h（P〈0．01）。结论 新式剖宫产可以在临床推广应用。

Clinical analysis of 764 new mode cesarean section

Objective To evaluate the pro mi nent merit of new mode cesarean section(CS).Methods The duratio n of operation,bleeding volume,difficulties of taking out fetal head,the postope rative period of taking food and breaking wind were analyzed in 764 cases of new mode cesarean section.Results Compared with extraperitoneal CS ,the new mode had the following merits,the duration between the skin incision an d getting the fetus out 10.1min(P<0.01),bleeding volume 28ml le ssthan that of extraperitoneal CS in average,and it was easier to get the fetal head out.Compared with the uterine lower segmental CS,the duration of operation was 12min shorter;the period between operation to taking food was 11.9h earlier( P<0.01) and to breaking wind was 15.5h earlier.Conclusi on The new mode cesarean section can be universally used in clinic.
