秦岭玄参与玄参的生药学和抗炎镇痛活性比较研究

摘    要:目的比较秦岭玄参与玄参在生药学和抗炎镇痛方面的差异。方法通过性状观察、组织显微鉴别比较2种植物的生药学差异,应用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀模型分析二者的抗炎作用,利用热板法和醋酸扭体法观测二者的镇痛差异。结果秦岭玄参和玄参的聚伞花序分别集成顶生穗状花序、圆锥花序;二者原生木质部分别为类圆形或圆形和多角形;前者形成层环不明显、皮层无石细胞;后者形成层环型、石细胞单个散在,或25个成群。秦岭玄参和玄参大剂量明显降低二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀度(P<0.05);两者显著提高小鼠痛阈(P<0.05,P<0.01),减少小鼠扭体次数(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论秦岭玄参与玄参生药学在花序、毛茸、原生木质部、形成层及石细胞等方面存在差异;药理研究表明,秦岭玄参均有抗炎和镇痛作用,且可以替代常用的玄参入药。

Abstract:Objective To compare the pharmacognosy and anti-inflammatory activities of Scrophularia buergeriana Miq .var .tsin-glingensis Tsoong and S .ningpoensis Hemsl ..Methods The traits and microscopic characteristics were used to study the pharma-cognosical differences of the two plants .The ear swelling model induced by xylene in mice was employed for the analysis of anti-inflammatory effects .Hot plate test and acetic acid writhing approaches were used to observe the analgesic effects .Results Cymes of Scrophularia buergeriana Miq .var .tsinglingensis Tsoong and S .ningpoensis Hemsl .exhibited spike and panicle on the top , respectively .Primary xylems of both plants were round or polygon .The former had no apparent cambium ,or no stone cells in cor-tex .The later had apparent cambium and contained single stone cell or 2-5 in clustering .High dose of Scrophularia buergeriana Miq .var .tsinglingensis Tsoong and S .ningpoensis Hemsl .obviously reduced the ear swelling intensity induced by xylene in mice&amp;nbsp;(P&lt;0 .05) .Both could significantly enhance the mice pain threshold(P&lt;0 .05 ,P&lt;0 .01) and decrease the mice writhing times(P&lt;0 .05 ,P&lt;0 .01) .Conclusion Scrophularia buergeriana Miq .var .tsinglingensis Tsoong was different in pharmacognosy with S .ningpoensis Hemsl .,at aspects of inflorescence ,hairy ,primary xylem ,cambium and stone cells ,etc .The pharmacological re-search suggests that Scrophularia buergeriana Miq .var .tsinglingensis Tsoong have the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects and is an alternative for medication replacing the commonly used Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsl ..
