汶川地震现场心理干预技术的实施及影响因素

目的分析汶川地震后现场心理干预技术的应用情况，探讨其实施技巧与影响因素。方法对汶川地震后受灾群众87例运用早期现场心理干预的技术实施心理干预，选择SRQ量表对干预效果进行比较分析。结果87例被干预者干预前后sRQ分值比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），同性别、同民族SRQ，和SRQ2比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），放松技术与其他两种干预技术比较更适合于现场使用（P〈0．05），汉族中使用认知治疗技术的比例最高（46％），羌族中使用放松治疗技术的比例最高（54％）。结论早期现场心理干预的实施对被干预者效果显著。不同民族应使用不同的干预技术。

Psychological intervention and factors affecting psychological intervention in Wenchuan Earthquake

Objective To analyze the application of psychological intervention in Wenchuan earth quake, and explore the factors affecting the psychological intervention. Methods The psychological in tervention was used to intervene in 87 individuals after Wenchuan earthquake. SRQ was used to evaluate the effect of intervention. Results There is a statistic difference in SRQ score before and after intervention （P 〈 0.01）. There is a statistic difference between the SRQ1 and SRQ2 in people with same gender and nation （P 〈 0.01）. Compared with other techniques, the relax technique is more suitable for the intervention （P 〈 0.05）. The percentage in the use of cognitive technique is highest in Han nation （46 %）. The percentage in the use of relax technique, however, is highest in Qiang nation （54 %）. Conclusions The effect of the early psychological intervention on patients is remarkable. According to different nation, different intervention techniques should be used.
