| 摘 要： | 护理文化是医院文化的重要组成部分,是护理组织在特定的护理环境下逐渐形成的共同价值观,基本信念,行为准则以及与之相应的制度载体的总和。在手术室护理工作中,确立护理文化理念,建设护理文化,顺应了医学模式转变的需要,对于真正体现“以病人为中心”的医疗服务宗旨有着重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The nursing culture is an important part of hospital culture. It has been the sum of the common value, the basic beliefs, the behavior principles and the corresponding institutions in different nursing organizations, which is developed gradually in the special nursing circumstance. It meets the needs of the conversion of medical model that establishing the nursing culture and developing a nursing culture in the operating room, which has a significant reality meaning for expressing the patients-centered medical service tenet. |
