摘 要: | 目的:观察槲皮素对糖尿病大鼠肾组织非酶糖基化作用及肾脏功能及形态的影响。方法:采用槲皮素、氨基胍对糖尿病大鼠进行干预治疗120天。结果:槲皮素、氨基胍均可明显降低肾组织非酶糖基化终产物含量,减少糖尿病鼠尿蛋白排泄量,减轻肾小球系膜增生及基底膜增厚。结论:槲皮素可延缓实验性糖尿病肾病的发生和发展,具有与氨基胍相似的作用。

Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of quercetin(QU)on nonenzymatic glycosylation,function and morphology of kid- ney in rats.Methods:Rats with diabetes were treated with QU or aminoguanidine(AG)for 120 days.Results:Both QU and AG could remarkably decrease the end product of glycosylation in kidney and lower the excretion of urinary protein, retard the mesangial proliferation and the basement membrane thickening.Conclusion:The protective effects of QU and AG against nephropathy in diabetic rats were very similar. |
