下颌垂直牵引成骨术后口腔种植修复患者咀嚼功能的评估

目的：评估下颌垂直牵引成骨术后口腔种植修复患者的咀嚼功能。方法：采用杏仁、小枣过筛称重法分别测量正常健康组、正常下颌骨高度种植惠者组和重度下颌骨高度不足垂直牵引成骨种植患者组的咀嚼效率，每组8人.结果：重度下颌骨高度不足垂直牵引成骨种植惠者组杏仁和小誊平均咀嚼效率分别达到正常健康组平均咀嚼效率的86．1％和898％采用单因素方差分析两两比较，除正常健康组与重度下颌骨高度不足垂直牵引成骨种植患者组采用杏仁测量的平均咀嚼效率有显著性差异（P〈0．05）外，其余各组两两比较平均咀嚼效率均无显著性差异（P〉0．05）在重度下颌骨高度不足垂直牵引成骨种植患者组中，采用配对1检验两两比较，种植冠、桥修复惠者平均咀嚼效率与种植覆盖义齿修复患者平均咀嚼效率无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：下领垂直牵引戍骨术后行口腔种植修复，能够有效地恢复患者的咀嚼功能。

Evaluation of the Masticatory Function of Implant-Supported Prosthesis after Vertical Distraction Osteogenesis in Severely Insufficient Height of Mandible

Objective:To evaluate the masticatory function of implant-supported prosthesis with vertical distraction osteogenesis in severely insufficient height of mandible.Methods:A total of24subjects were divided into3groups,healthy group without distraction(Group1),implantation group in sufficient height of mandible(Group2)and implantation group in severely insufficient height of mandible(Group3).Each study group was com-posed of8persons.Patients in Group2and Group3were rehabilitated and wore the dentures at least half a year.The masticatory function was investigated by means of masticatory efficiency of almond and jujube.Re-sults:The average masticatory efficiency of almond and jujube in Group3was86.1%and89.8%of that in Group1.There was no difference in there groups(P>0.05)except the average masticatory efficiency of al-mond between Group1and Group3(P<0.05).And there is no difference between the average masticatoryeffi-ciency of almond and jujube in implant-supported bridge or crown and implant-supported overdenture in Group3(P>0.05).Conlusion:Based on this study it could be preliminarily concluded that:The patients with vertical distraction osteogenesis for implantation in severely insufficient height of mandible had relatively good masticatory function.
