卡介菌多糖核酸治疗变应性鼻炎的荟萃分析

目的评价卡介菌多糖核酸（BCG-PSN）治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法检索中文科技期刊全文数据库（VIP）、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBMdisc）、中国学术期刊全文数据库（CNKI）,收集有关卡介菌多糖核酸用于变应性鼻炎治疗的临床研究,根据纳入标准汇集文献,采用Jadad量表进行纳入文献质量评价,对总体治疗有效性使用Revman 4.2软件进行荟萃分析。结果荟萃分析纳入9个临床研究共899例。与对照组相比,卡介菌多糖核酸组的短期疗效差异无统计学意义,长期疗效较好;治疗组治疗前后外周血中嗜酸性粒细胞变化差异有统计学意义。结论现有临床证据表明卡介菌多糖核酸治疗变应性鼻炎早期无明显优势而长期有较好的疗效,并能显著降低外周血中嗜酸性粒细胞比例。但由于纳入的研究质量普遍较低,势必影响结果的论证强度,故需要进行高质量的随机对照双盲研究,以获得更高质量的临床证据。

A Meta-Analysis of Bacillus Calmette-Guerin Polysaccharide Nucleic Acid for Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

Objective To the evaluate clinical efficacy BCG-PSN（Bacillus Calmette-Guerin polysaccharide nucleic acid） for allergic rhinitis.Methods From treatment of clinical studies about allergic rhinitis treatment of BCG-PSN were collected,based on inclusion criteria for pooling of literature,using Jadad scale for quality assessment of the literature.Revman 4.2 Meta-analysis software to evaluate the overall effectiveness.Results Nine RCTs clinical study have been included.The results was used showed that there was no statistic difference between two group in short-terms effect clinical efficacy,while in the long-terms the BCG-PSN group was significantly higher than that of the control group.After BCG-PSN administration,the number of EOS in peripheral blood reduced significantly than before treatment.Conclusion The available clinical evidence show that BCG-PSN treatment for allergic rhinitis without advantage in short-terms while in long-terms effective,and decrease the number of EOS.However,the existence of selection and measurement bias may affect the outcome of the argument strength.Therefore more high quality randomized and double blind controlled trials should be done to provide high quality evidence.
