冠心病中医辨证与血清高敏C反应蛋白的关系研究

目的探讨冠心病(CHD)患者中医证型分布规律及其与高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的关系,为证的客观化研究提供依据。方法运用"个体化诊疗信息采集系统"采集病例资料,对215例冠心病患者进行辨证分析,并检测血清hs-CRP水平,作出相关性分析。结果冠心病心绞痛中医证型以本虚标实证居多,包括"气虚血瘀证"、"气虚血瘀,痰阻心脉证"、"气阴两虚,心血瘀阻,痰阻心脉证";实证较虚实夹杂证hs-CRP水平明显升高(P<0.05)。结论冠心病心绞痛中医证型以本虚标实证居多,血清CRP含量检测可作为判断冠心病病情发展的一个监测指标,hs-CRP水平与冠心病中医证型有相关性,CRP可作为冠心病中医辨证分型的客观指标。

Study of the correlation between TCM syndrome of coronary artery disease and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein

Objective It is to approach the distribution regularity of TCM syndrome and the correlation between TCM syndrome of coronary artery disease(CHD) and high-sensitivity c-reactive protein(hs-CRP).Methods 215 patients were collected by the individual data collection system,and the hs-CRP Levels of them were detected.The correlation between the TCM syndrome and hs-CRP was analyzed.Results The TCM syndromes of CHD were root deficiency and branch excess.And they were "blood stasis due to qi deficiency","blood stasis due to qi deficiency,syndrome of phlegm blocking heart vessels","deficiency of both qi and yin, stagnant blockade of heart blood,syndrome of phlegm blocking heart vessels".The value of hs-CRP in the group of TCM excessive syndrome was much higher than that in the group of insufficiency and excess syndrome(P<0.05).Conclusion The TCM syndromes of CHD are root deficiency and branch excess.The level of hs-CRP is a useful parameter to estimate the development of CHD.There is correlation between TCM syndrome of CHD and hs-CRP,hs-CRP can be an objective index for dividing the TCM syndromes of CHD.
