| 摘 要： | 目的:研究制作实验性多发性肌炎湿热证模型的方法。方法:将45只豚鼠随机分为正常组、对照组(即实验性肌炎组)与湿热组,每组15只。对照组利用家兔骨骼肌匀浆加弗氏完全佐剂为免疫原皮下注射豚鼠,湿热组除上述多次免疫豚鼠外,并结合湿热证造模(肥甘饮食、湿热环境及病原微生物等复合因素)的方法,形成多发性肌炎湿热证模型。观察各组动物其在一般情况、血清肌酶、光镜、电镜方面的改变。结果:发现湿热组在临床表现、血清肌酶及骨骼肌、肺、肝组织的病理改变与人类湿热型的多发性肌炎相近。结论:提示该模型可作为研究人类多发性肌炎湿热证的一个手段,为人类肌炎中医证型的发病机理及治疗提供理论依据。
