| 摘 要： | 根据中医“内病外治”理论,研制出治疗急性支气管炎的外用膏药咳喘一帖康。经（１１５８例,对照组４２３例）临床疗效较为满意,两组治愈率进行比较,具有非常显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０１）。风寒组治愈率明显优于风热组（Ｐ〈０．０１）。实验研究表明,本品具有止咳喘作用,对皮肤无刺激,无明显毒副反应。本品使用方便,疗效显著,价格低廉。值得临床进一步推广使用。

| Abstract: | According to the theory of " internal disease is treated with external therapy" in TCM, a externally applied medicinal plaster , Ke Chuan Yi Tie Kang was developed for treatment of cough with dyspnea. Clinical observation of 1158 cases (735 cases in treatment group and 423 in control group) indicated it had satisfactory therapeutic effects, with very significant difference between the two groups in cured rate (P<0. 01). The cured rate in the wind -cold group was superior to that of the wind - heat group (P < 0. 01). The experimental study showed that the drug had functions of relieving cough and asthma without stimulating action on skin and obvious side -effect. It is convenient to apply with markedly therapeutic effect. |
