往返港澳小型船舶防制传染性非典型肺炎的卫生检疫

目的科学有效地对往返港澳小型船舶进行传染性非典型肺炎卫生检疫监管,最大限度地防止传染性非典型肺炎在口岸传入传出。方法针对传染性非典型肺炎的特点(包括症状、体征、传播途径等)根据上级有关的指示和要求,结合肇庆出入境检验检疫局的实际情况,利用相关的仪器和手段,探讨、制定和实施针对往返港澳小型船舶的卫生检疫监管措施。结果制定了防治传染性非典型肺炎工作预案,成立了传染性非典型肺炎防治工作小组,落实了相关技术人员和实施措施,启动了有效的“进出境疑似病人处理程序”。结论对往返港澳小型船舶的SARS卫生检疫工作基本到位,措施有效,在工作中发现的问题和积累的宝贵经验,为今后开展传染病控制工作奠定了基础。

Discussion about health quarantine work on prevention and cure of SARS for minitype ship journeying to and fro between upeountry and Hongkong or Macao

Objective To perform health quarantine against SARS scientifically and effectively on small-scale ships to and from Hong Kong and Macao, and to prevent SARS communication through national ports to the utmost extent. Methods Constitute and implement health quarantine on the ships by relative instruments according to the symptom, sign , and communication paths of SARS. Results We have constituted the schemes to defend against SARS; established a SARS prevention team; set down the relative technical personnel and management measures ; carried out effective "import and export probable patients processing program". Conclusion The work of health quarantine is satisfactory and the measures are effective; the issues occurred and experience cumulated in our work have built a solid foundation for later work on control of infectious disease.
