鸡胚发育过程中端脑神经元凋亡的分布

目的：研究鸡胚发育过程中端脑神经细胞凋亡的时空分布。方法：采用硫堇染色、TUNEL法染色观察凋亡神经细胞的分布。透射电镜技术观察细胞的超微结构的变化。结果：鸡胚第5d、第6d时可见少量凋亡细胞，随着鸡胚的发育，凋亡细胞渐渐增多。鸡胚第7d时，凋亡细胞数达到高峰，随后数量渐渐减少。鸡胚第12d时，几乎不见凋亡细胞。凋亡细胞主要分布于嘴段背侧和两侧脑室之间的组织等部位。透射电镜观察到凋亡细胞的超微结构的改变。结论：鸡胚神经系统发育中选择性发生神经元凋亡，凋亡细胞的分布呈现一定的时空规律。

Distribution of apoptotic cells in forebrain of chick embryo during early stage of development

Objective: To study the distribution of the apoptotic cells in forebrain of chick embryo.Methods: Thionin, TUNEL staining and electron microscope techniques were used in the study.Results: The numbers of apoptotic cells were different at the different developmental phases:a few apoptotic cells were found when the chick embryos were 5-day-old and increased with the chick embryo development; THE number peaked when 7-day-old and then decreased.There were few apoptotic cells when 12-day-old.The numbers were different in the different areas of the forebrain, mostly in dorsal and middle parts.Conclusion: Apoptosis occurrs at forebrain of chick embryo during different stages and in different areas.
