川芎嗪对动脉粥样硬化模型血脂的影响

摘    要:目的利用高脂饲料诱发的动脉粥样硬化(AS)模型观察川芎嗪对AS模型血脂的影响,探讨其治疗作用及可能机制。方法24只雄性Wister大鼠随机分为3组:川芎嗪治疗组:造模成功后,给予川芎嗪0.2g/(kg·d)灌胃;正常对照组:一直饲喂普通饲料;模型组:造模成功后改喂普通饲料。用药一月后测定:血脂四项。结果高脂饮食可诱导大鼠形成动脉粥样硬化模型,模型组的血脂水平明显高于正常组。川芎嗪治疗组的TC、TG、LDL水平显著低于模型组,各指标与正常对照组相比,无统计学差异。结论川芎嗪可以降低血脂,具有抗动脉粥样硬化作用,降低血脂可能是其作用机制之一。

Abstract:Objective The atherosclerosis(AS) rat model was induced by high fat diet; To observe the effect of ligus- trazine on blood - lipid of AS rat model, meanwhile to investigate its therapeutic action and mechanism. Method After the AS rats Model established, the rats were divided into 3 groups randomly (8 rats/group) : Ligustrazine therapy group: trea- ted the rats by ligustrazine 0.2 g/( kg · d) ; Normal control group: feed on the rats with basic food; Model group: after AS rat model established the rats were feed on basic food. After 1 month, the levels of blood - lipid were detected. Re- sultHigh fat diet could induce atherosclerosis in rat. Compared with control group, the level of TC, TG, LDL of model group was increased. Compared with model group, the level of TC ,TG,LDL of ligustrazine therapy group were decreased significantly. Compared with normal control group, there was no statistics difference. Conclusion Ligustrazine can reduce blood fat and resist atherosclerosis ; Blood fat may be one of the mechanism of its action.
