| 摘 要： | 目的：掌握山东省淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性现状，研究防制对策；方法：浸渍法；结果：淡色库蚊幼虫对所测试的5种杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗药性。以敌敌畏抗药性水平较高，其次是溴氰菊酯、DDT、马拉硫磷和氯菊酯；结论：应加强本省淡色库蚊抗药性监测工作，通过爱国卫生活动的开展，统一指导，科学合理地使用杀虫剂，可以预防或减缓淡色库蚊对杀虫剂抗性的产生和发展。

| Abstract: | Objective:To understand the resistance status and study the control method of Cx. pipiens pallens against com- monly-used insecticides in Shandong.Methods:WHO standard bioassay(dipping test) .Results: Cx. pipiens pallens developed resistance to all 5 insecticides tested in the field in Shandong province, with the resitance to DDVP being highest, followed by deltamethrin,DDT, malathion and permethrin.Conclusion: Surveillance on the resistance of Cx pipiens pallens should be strengthened. Rational use of insecticides, together with Pariotic Health Movement, can reduce or hinder the resistance of mosquitoes to insecticides. |
