| 摘 要： | 目的：调查与分析新疆农村村级医疗卫生现状，提出加快村医培养的建议和对策。方法：通过对新疆村卫生室的基本情况和村卫生室人员结构和现状的调查，了解新疆村卫生室现状，探讨加快乡村医生队伍建设培养的建议和对策。结果：新疆目前有乡村医生15000人，其中11000人没有学历，在职的乡村医生尤其村医数量少，能力低，不能满足广大农牧民基本的医疗需求，不能解决农民看病难、看病贵的实际困难。结论：根据各地实际情况，在保证质量、坚持标准基础上，应采取以下原则加快乡村医生队伍建设培养：培养和引进相结合，脱产学习和半脱产学习相结合，集中面授和自学相结合，集中理论辅导、技能训练和考核与业余借助电化教学自学学习相结合教学模式。
