| 摘 要： | 目的研究大肠肿瘤中bcl-2、bax基因的蛋白表达和意义.方法应用免疫组织化学SP方法检测136例大肠肿瘤中bcl-2、bax基因的蛋白表达.结果bcl-2在大肠腺瘤、大肠癌中的阳性表达率分别为66.7%和54.0%,bax为75.0%和67.0%.高分化腺癌和低分化腺癌中bcl-2、bax的阳性表达率相比较均有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论bcl-2、bax的异常表达与大肠肿瘤的发生有关.并与其病理分级密切相关,二者可能通过对细胞凋亡的调节而对肿瘤的演进过程产生影响.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression of bcl-2 and bax gene and its significance in colorectal carcinoma.Method:The expression of bcl-2 and bax gene in 136 colorectal carciomas was detected by immunohistochemical SP methods.Result:The positive rate of bcl-2 expression in colorectal adenocarcinoma and carcinoma was 66.7%,54.0% respectively,that of bax expression was 75.0%,67.0% respectively.There was significant difference in positive rate of expression of bcl-2 and bax genes between well-differentiated adenocarcinoma and poor differentiated ones (P<0.05).Conclusion:The abnormal expression of bcl-2 and bax genes is correlated with carcinogenesis and pathological grading in colorectal carcinoma.The apoptosis regulated by abnormal bcl-2 and bax genes may affect development of carcinoma. |
