| 摘 要： | 烟雾病是一种慢性进行性脑血管闭塞性疾病。文章对其可能的发病机制作了综述 ,并就烟雾病的病理改变、临床表现、辅助检查 ,成年患者和儿童患者间的差别 ,以及内科保守治疗和外科治疗的方法、效果、时机等进行阐述 ,认为积极的外科治疗较内科治疗效果好。

| Abstract: | Moyamoya disease i s a chronic progressive disease. This article reviews its pathogenesis and expou nds its pathological changes, clinical manifestation, and auxiliary examinations , the differences between adults and children, the treatment methods with intern al medicine and surgery, its efficacy and timing, etc. It is considered that the active surgical treatment is better than that of the internal treatment. |
