Abstract:Objective Observing the effects of using the non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring for severe patients to liquid resuscitation, and then summarize the nursing points. Methods There were 53 patients in the observation group, the non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring was in this group. There were 50 patients in the control group, the central venous pressure was in this group. Results 44 patients in the observation group were cured and 9 patients dead. 36 patients in the control group were cured and 14 patients dead. The incidence rate of complication in the observation and the control group was 9.4% and 24.0% respectively, the difference was significant between them. Conclusion Non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring can indicate the directed, continuous and feasible indexes during the course of liquid resuscitation for severe patients.
