摘    要:本试验应用PCR—RFIIP技术研究了宁波荷斯坦奶牛PIT-1基因的基因和基因型频率;并比较了基因型频率与产奶量估计育种值和乳脂率估计育种值的相关性。结果显示,等位基因A和B的频率分别为28%和72%,基因型AA,AB和BB的频率分别为5.4%,45.9%和48.7%。各基因型间估计育种值均没有表现出显著差异。

Abstract: In this experiment, PCR-RFLP was used to determine the gene frequency and genotype frequency of bovine PIT-1 gene in Holstein cows. By analyzing the relationship between the genotypes of bovine PIT-1 gene and the estimated breeding value, we found that the gene frequency of allele A and allele B was respectively equal 28% and 72%, the frequency of AA, AB and BB genotype respectively was 5.4%,45.9% and 48.7%.But there was no significant variance of the estimated breeding value among PIT-1 genotypes.
