68例急性有机磷农药中毒的临床表现及急救护理

目的探讨急性有机磷农药中毒的临床表现及急救护理。方法收集自2000年3月-2008年9月收治的急性有机磷农药中毒患者68例，接诊后迅速清除毒物并及时应用解毒剂，使用阿托品进行对症治疗，同时做好患者的心理护理。结果入院时表现轻度中毒9例，中度中毒21例，重度中毒38例。并发症居于前三位的分别为上消化道出血、肺水肿和脑水肿。68例患者经抢救，成功64例，死亡4例，成功率为94．1％。结论对于急性有机磷农药中毒患者，及时彻底地清除毒物是治疗成功的基础，恰当应用阿托品是治疗的关键，密切观察病情变化、及时预防、发现并处理重要脏器受损的并发症是治疗中的重孽环苗

The Clinical Feature of Acute Organophosphorus Intoxication and First Aid Nursing

OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical feature of acute organophosphorus intoxication and first aid nursing. METHODS 68 patients with acute organophosphorus intoxication were collected from Mar 2000 to Sep 2008, we immediately inquire about medical history and determine disease process, then eliminate toxin and give antidote. Atropine were applied to just be right for the illness treatment, meanwhile infection was prevented carefully, and mental nursing was carried out. RESULTS There were 9 patients with mild intoxication, 21 ones with moderate intoxication and 38 ones with severe intoxication.The complications listed at the three top were upper gastrointestinal bleeding, pneumonedema and hydrocephalus. After rescue, 64 survived and 4 died（success rate was 94.1%）. CONCLUSION Regarding patients with acute organophosphorus intoxication, eliminating toxin immediately and completely is the base of successful treatment, using atropine properly is the key of successful treatment, observing the state of illness carefully and preventing, identifying and addressing the complication are important link of successful treatment.
