| 摘 要： | 目的：观察生长激素治疗特重度烧伤儿童的疗效。方法：将特重度烧伤儿童180例随机分为治疗组和对照组各90例，治疗组采用生长激素治疗，对照组按常规方法治疗。结果：治疗组对血清蛋白的改善情况优于对照组．差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：生长激素治疗儿童特重度烧伤低蛋白有效。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the effect of reeombinat human growth hormone in the treatment of severe burn children. Methods： 180 children of severe burn were randomly divided into treatment group （90 cases） and control group （90 cases）, the treatment group was treated by recombinat human growth hormone, the control group was treated by conventional methods. Results： In the treatment group, the improvement of serum protein was better than the control group, the differ- ence was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Reeombinat human gronth hormone growth hormone in the treatment of children with severe burn low-protein is effective. |
