老年高血压患者服药依从性的健康教育

目的分析健康教育对于老年高血压患者服药依从性的影响。方法收集老年高血压患者140例，随机分为观察组与对照组，对照组患者予以常规治疗及护理，观察组患者在对照组的基础上予以健康教育干预，干预6月以后调查两组患者的服药依从性以及高血压控制率。结果观察纽的服药依从率为78．6％，对照组为54．3％，观察纽显著高于对照组护〈0．05）；观察组的血压正常控制率为74．3％，对照组为44.3％，观察组显著高于对照组（P〈O．05）。结论对老年高血压患者实施合理有效的健康教育，可提高老年患者的服药依从性，有利于控制高血压，提高正常血压控制率。

Drug Compliance in Elderly Hypertensive Patients Health Education

Objective To analysiseffects of health education for patients with medication compliance of hypertension in the elderly. Method 140 cases of elderly hypertensive patients, randomly divided into observation group and control group, the patients in control group received conventional therapy and nursing, the observation group were given health education intervention on the basis of control group, intervention after June survey of compliance of the two groups of patients ahd the high rate of blood pressure control. Results The group of treatment compliance rate was 78.6%,54.3% in the control group, the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;the observation group with normal blood pressure control rate was 74～3%,44.3% in the control group, the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conelusion Health education of reasonable and effective in elderly hypertensive patients, can improve the compliance of the patients, help to control high blood pressure, improve the normal rate of blood pressure cunirol.
