Narcotrend监测系统在老年患者全身麻醉中的应用

目的探讨Narcotrend监测系统在老年患者全凭静脉全身麻醉中应用的可行性和安全性。方法胆道手术患者50例，随机分为研究组和对照组，每组25例，术中分别根据NT值及临床体征和临床经验调整丙泊酚和雷米芬太尼用量。分别记录苏醒时间和听从指令时间、气管拔管、丙泊酚和雷米芬太尼的用量以及Ramsay评分，了解有无术中知晓。结果两组患者均无术中知晓，研究组和对照组比较苏醒时间。拔管时间均较短，丙泊酚和雷米芬太尼用量更少，苏醒时间、拔管时间及出手术室时Ramsay评分更低（P＜0.05）。结论 Narcotrend监测系统用于老年患者全凭静脉麻醉，有利于减少丙泊酚和雷米芬太尼的用量，提高了全身麻醉的安全性。

The Application of Narcotrend Compact System on Elderly Patients during General Anesthesia

Objective To explore the feasibility and security of Narcotrend compact system on elderly patients during general anesthesia. Methods Fivty patients under general anesthesia were divided into observation group（group N ）and control group（group C） with 25 cases each by random dilgits table ,All patients were treated with total intravenous anesthesia ,The patients were given anesthetics by Narcotrend monitor in observation group and detemined by the clinical experience of anesthe siologists in control group.dosage of propofol and remifentanyl. the total sedatives awaking time extubatoin time and Ramsay score were recorded. Results There was no know in both group. Compared with control group the awaking time and extubation time was decreased in in observation group ,Ramsay score at awaking extubation and out of the operation room in observation group was lower than that in contral group（P〈0.05）. the dosage of propofol and remifentanyl in observation group was signiifcantly lower than that of in control group. Conclsion Narcotrend monitor for total intravenous anesthesia increases the safety of general anesthesia and it can reduce dosage of propofol and remifentanyl.
