罗哌卡因布比卡因腰硬联合阻滞用于剖宫产术的对照分析

摘    要:目的探讨罗哌卡因与布比卡因在剖宫产腰硬联合阻滞中的麻醉效果。方法对患者进行分组并采用不同局部麻醉药物进行腰硬联合阻滞,对比两组患者麻醉效果。结果罗哌卡因组患者麻醉效果起效较慢,但麻醉持续总时间较长;罗哌卡因组患者术后恢复情况较好,其术后至开始排尿时间、术后至可正常活动时间、术后并发症发生率均较布比卡因组患者明显减少;两组新生儿情况对比无显著性差异。结论在保证新生儿质量相近的情况下,罗哌卡因用药更具有安全性,且麻醉效果维持时间更长,患者不良反应发生率较低,且术后更快进行排尿及运动,利于患者术后恢复身体健康。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of ropivacaine and bupivacaine in combined spinal-epidural anesthesia for cesarean section. Methods The patients were divided by different local anesthetic drugs and combined spinal-epidural anesthesia, compared two groups of patients. Results The effect of anesthesia with ropivacaine group were slower onset, but the total duration of anesthesia longer;patients with good recovery after surgery, to begin voiding time, postoperative to incidence rate than bupivacaine group were significantly reduced normal activity time, postoperative complications;two groups had no signiifcant difference in comparison. Conclusion The newborn of similar quality to the next, ropivacaine administration is more secure, and anesthesia maintained longer, with a low incidence of adverse reactions, and postoperative voiding and faster movement, to restore health to patients after operation.
