动脉内膜剥脱联合支架植入术治疗颈动脉狭窄20例

目的观察研究动脉内膜剥落术联合支架植入术治疗颈动脉狭窄的的临床效果及安全性，为颈动脉狭窄患者寻找合适的治疗方法。方法将我院2009年8月至2012年4月收治的颈动脉狭窄患者按照治疗方式不同分为治疗组与对照组两组，每组各20例，两组患者在性别、年龄、病况等基本资料上进行对比（P＞0.05），具有显著的可比性。对照组采取动脉内膜剥落术治疗方式治疗，治疗组采取动脉内膜剥落术联合支架植入术治疗，对比两组患者治疗效果与并发症情况。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为95.00%，对照组治疗总有效率为85.00%，两组结果比较其结果具有显著的统计学意义（χ2=5.56，P＜0.05）；两组术后并发症比较无统计学意义。结论动脉内膜剥落术联合支架植入术的疗法对颈动脉狭窄患者有确切疗效，且并发症少、创伤小，值得在临床应用中进行大力推广。

The 20 Cases of Artery Endarterectomy and Stenting in the Treatment of Carotid Artery Stenosis

Objective Through the observation of the clinical effect and safety of artery endarterectomy and stenting in the treatment of carotid artery stenosis, looking for the appropriate treatment method for patients with carotid artery stenosis. Methods The patients in our hospital from August 2009 to April 2012 admitted to the carotid artery stenosis were divided into treatment group and control group according to different treatment methods. Twenty cases in each group, the two groups were compared in gender, age, illness and other basic information （P〉0.05）, it has signiifcant comparability. The control group adopted artery endarterectomy for treatment, the treatment group take artery endarterectomy and stenting treatment,comparing two groups of patients with effect and complications.Results In the treatment group, the total efifciency rate was 95%,the total effective rate was 85%in the control group.The results of two groups were statistically signiifcant （χ2=5.56,P〈0.05）by comparison. postoperative complications of two groups were not signiifcant（χ2=5.56,P〈0.05）. The comparison of the postoperative complications of the two groups was not statistically signiifcant. Conclusion The union of artery endarterectomy and stenting is effective in the treatment of carotid artery stenosis, and fewer complications, less trauma, is worth spreading in clinical application.
