完全囊外甲状腺切除术的临床分析

目的具体分析完全囊外甲状腺切除术的临床疗效、安全性，为甲状腺科临床治疗工作提供参考依据。方法回顾分析我院收治治疗的55例甲状腺疾病患者的临床资料，这些患者均行完全囊外甲状腺切除术。结果55例患者行完全囊外甲状腺切除术后，发生了4例并发症（喉上神经损伤、喉返神经损伤、甲状旁腺功能低下），均为暂时性并发症，经过支持性治疗后均恢复正常，并未发生甲状腺危象以及术后出血性呼吸道梗阻情况。结论对于甲状腺疾病患者，实施完全囊外甲状腺切除术是绝对可行的，具有安全有效、并发症少等优势，成为甲状腺手术治疗方式的首选，具有推广价值。

Clinical Analysis of Thyroidectomy Completely Capsule

Objective Clinical curative effect, safety analysis of total extracapsular thyroidectomy, provides the reference for the clinical treatment of thyroid. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 55 cases of thyroid disease patients admitted to our hospital for treatment, these patients underwent total extracapsular thyroidectomy. Results 55 patients underwent total extracapsular thyroidectomy, 4 cases occurred complications （laryngeal nerve injury, lm3,ngeal recurrent nerve function injury of parathyroid, low）, are temporary complications after supportive treatment, all recovered after respiratory tract obstruction, bleeding did not occur in and after operation of thyroid crisis. Conclusion In patients with thyroid disease, fully implement the extracapsular thyroidectomy is absolutely feasible, safe and effective, with less complications advantage, become the preferred mode of treatment of thyroid operation, has the value of popularization.
