不同乙肝检测模式中Pre-S1抗原分析

目的分析不同乙肝检测模式中Pre-S1抗原与HBV-DNA的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA），测定Pre-S1和HBcAg。用荧光定量PCR法检测HBV-DNA。比较Pre-S1抗原在各种模式中的阳性率及Pre-S1抗原与HBV-DNA的关系。结果 HBsAg （＋）、HBeAb（＋）、HBcAb（＋）模式中，Pre-S1抗原（＋）阳性率为86%，HBsAg（＋）、HBeAb（＋）、HBcAb（＋）模式中，Pre-S1抗原（＋）阳性率为40%，HBsAg（＋）、HBcAb（＋）模式中，Pre-S1抗原（＋）阳性率为25%，结果具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。各组模式中， Pre-S1抗原阳性率与HBV-DNA比较，无显著性差异（P＞0.05）。结论 Pre-S1抗原可以作为判断乙肝的补充指标，对临床实践有指导意义。

The Analysis of Pre-S1 Antigen in Different Hepatitis B Detection Mode

Objective To analyse the different hepatitis b detection pattern in the Pre-S1 antigen and HBV-DNA . Method Used the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）,and determined the Pre-S1 and HBcAg. Used lfuorescence quantitative PCR method to detect HBV-DNA. Compared the Pr-S1 antigen positive rate in all kinds of patterns and the Pre-S1 antigen and HBV-DNA. Result In HBsAg（＋）, HBeAb（＋）and HBcAb（＋） mode, the Pre-S1 antigen （＋） positive rate was 86%, the HBsAg（＋）, HBeAb（＋）and HBcAb（＋）mode, the Pre-S1 antigen （＋） positive rate was 40%, the HBsAg（＋）and HBcAb（＋）mode, the Pre-S1 antigen （＋） positive rate was 25%, the results had statistical signiifcance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Pre-S1 antigen can be a supplementary index, in clinical practice it can judge hepatitis b as a guidance.
