| 摘 要： | 目的探讨糖尿病足的临床特点及整形外科治疗方法。方法回顾性分析并总结2004年6月-2008年6月整形外科治疗糖尿病足36例的临床资料。结果采用整形外科原则联合负压封闭引流技术手术治疗糖尿病足36例,创面Ⅰ期愈合率为91.9%,单纯截趾4例,无1例高位截肢。结论采用整形外科原则手术治疗糖尿病足,可以及时控制坏疽发展,促进创面早期愈合,有效降低致残率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical features and therapy of diabetic foot with priciplization of plastic surgery.Methods The cases of diabetic foot were studied retrospectively.A exponent was described with cause of disease,clinical features,examination and therapy.Results The 36 diabetic foot cases were repaired with therapy of priciplization of plastic surgery in the aid of treatment by vacuum sealing drainage(VSD).The first stage healing was 91.9%.There were no high level amputation and 4 toes amputati... |
