| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect of estrogen on implant osseointegration in osteoporosis and smoke inhalation rats.Methods:Forty female SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups(n=10):sham-operated group,ovariectomized group(OVX),ovariectomized and smoke inhalation group(OVX+S),ovariectomized,smoke inhalation and estrogen group(OVX+S+E)which were submitted to sham surgery or ovariectomy according to experimental designations.Then OVX+S and OVX+S+E groups were sent to cigarette smoke inhalation for 24 week... |
