| 摘 要： | 目的：研究COX-2与Survivin基因在口腔扁平苔癣中的表达及其与潜在癌变的关系。方法：采用免疫组化检测36例扁平苔藓、10例正常口腔黏膜及20例口腔鳞状细胞癌中COX-2与Survivin蛋白的表达情况。结果：COX-2及Survivin在口腔扁平苔癣中均出现表达上调,其表达阳性率分别为44.44%及27.78%。结论：COX-2及survivin的表达上调在口腔扁平苔癣向鳞状细胞癌的转变中起着重要作用,可以将其作为预测口腔扁平苔藓恶变潜能的重要标志物。
