| 摘 要： | 呼吸支持与超低出生体重儿(extremely low birthweight infant,ELBWI)的生存率有关。由于肺保护通气策略的广泛应用,使ELBWI呼吸衰竭死亡率显著下降;随着肺表面活性物质(PS)时代的到来,常规的机械通气呼吸支持手段显得不如20世纪80年代那么重要,但通气模式对于这些非常微小的ELBWI的治疗成功率关系仍然非常密切。
