皮肤瘢痕上皮及瘢痕癌癌巢中Cx26Cx26mRNA的表达及意义

目的 探讨连接蛋白26在皮肤瘢痕上皮及瘢痕癌癌巢中的表达及其意义.方法 对15例皮肤瘢痕和22例瘢痕癌,用免疫组织化学方法(SP法)检测Cx26蛋白,用原位杂交技术检测Cx26 mRNA.利用计算机图像分析系统采集、分析图像,并对数据进行统计学处理.结果 Cx26蛋白、Cx26 mRNA在正常皮肤表皮的表达呈阳性,在病理性皮肤瘢痕上皮呈强阳性表达,在瘢痕癌癌巢中呈弱阳性或阴性表达.正常皮肤组、皮肤瘢痕组及瘢痕癌组两两比较,其表达(阳性面积和平均光密度)差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 ①Cx26蛋白及Cx26 mRNA的高表达,对皮肤瘢痕上皮增生具有促进作用；②Cx26蛋白及Cx26 mRNA的低表达,与皮肤瘢痕癌的发生相关.

Expressions and significance of Cx26 and Cx26 mRNA in skin scar epithelium and cancer nestes of skin scar carcinoma

【Objective】 To investigate the expression and significance of Cx26 and Cx26mRNA in skin scar epithelium and cancer nestes of skin scar carcinoma.【Methods】 The expressions of Cx26 in 15 skin scar and 22 skin scar carcinomas were detected by the immunohistochemical method of SP.And the expressions of Cx26 mRNA were detected by in situ hybridization.Pictures were collected and analyzed by computer medical image analysis system,and SPSS statistic method was used to deal with data of result.【Results】 Cx26 and its mRNA showed positive expression in normal skin epidermis and strong positive in pathological skin scar epithelium,weakly positive or negative expression in cancer nestes of scar carcinoma tissues.Each of two groups was statistically different(P <0.05).【Conclusion】 The high expression of Cx26 and Cx26 mRNA may be related to the hyperplasia of skin scar epithelium.The low expression of Cx26 and Cx26 mRNA may be related to the occurrence of skin scar carcinoma.
