摘    要:目的:探讨信息化数字医院背景下护理质量评价指标体系建立与实现方法.方法:通过成立“基于移动考评的护理质量指标评价体系建立开发”工作小组,按照PDCA循环原理制定工作步骤,选择平衡记分卡为质量评价指标体系的构成形式,以护理岗位分类为依据,用行为锚定评分法确定平衡记分卡中环节质量考核点及评分规则,通过护理专家论证和试点病区使用,提交需求,由软件开发工程师实现移动考评.结果:完成涵盖医院各护理岗位的平衡记分卡58张,形成四个考核维度749个关键质量指标的移动护理质量指标评价体系.结论:完善的组织结构和合理的人员选择是保证体系顺利建立实现的基础,创新意识、评判性思维是体系建立实现的重要因素,慎重提交需求和留痕管理有利于保证团队获得最佳工作效果.

Establishment and Implementation of Nursing Quality Evaluation Index System Based on Mobile Assessment

Abstract:Objective:To discuss about the establishment and implementation method of nursing quality evaluation index system under the background of the informatization digital hospital.Method:Through the establishment of the working team "for the establishment and development of nursing quality index evaluation system based on the mobile evaluation",work steps are developed according to the PDCA circulation principles,and the balanced scorecar is selected as the constitution form of quality evaluation index system.Based on the classification of nursing positions,with behavioral anchored rating method quality examination points in the balanced scorecard link and evaluation rules are determined.Through the demonstration of nursing experts and the use of pilot wards,the requirements are submitted.The software development engineers realize the mobile evaluation.Results:58 balanced scorecards covering the nursing jobs in our hospital are completed,and the mobile nursing quality index evaluation system of 749 key quality indicators with four evaluation dimensions is formed.Conclusion:The perfect organizational structure and reasonable personnel selection are the basis which guarantees the smooth establishment and implementation system of the system.The innovation consciousness and the critical thinking are the important factors of system establishment and realization.Careful submission of requirements and trace management can ensure that the team obtains the best effect.
