3D打印技术辅助颈椎高位多节段脊索瘤手术临床应用

摘    要:目的:探讨3D打印技术辅助颈椎高位多节段脊索瘤手术切除的临床价值.方法:两例颈椎高位脊索瘤患者,术前行64排双源螺旋CT扫描,进行三维重建,快速成型制作出与实体1:1大小的颈椎模型,对颈椎模型术前制定手术方案,手术规划和模拟手术,指导手术治疗.结果:术前模拟手术使手术时间缩短,减少术中失血量,手术中参照模型,达到术中精确置钉效果.结论:3D打印技术能全面、直观、精确地显示颈椎肿瘤各部位解剖结构的空间关系,对于颈椎高位多节段脊索瘤治疗均有很强的临床指导作用,使手术更精确、更可靠、更方便,它在颈椎肿瘤的治疗中有着广阔前景.

En bloc Resection of a Multilevel High-cervical Chordoma Involving C-2 and C-3 Using 3D Printing

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the value of three-dimensional printing technology in diagnosis and treatment of en bloc resection of a multilevel high-cervical chordoma involving C2 and C3.Methods:Two patients with bone tumor by spiral CT scanner.Three dimensional reconstructions of anatomical models were accomplished by computer aided technology.By rapid prototyping,the cervical spine models were manufactured,operation project were formulated,preoperative sham operated were enforced and supervise the operation of cervical spine.Results:Three-dimensional printing cervical models were extremely similar to that doctor can see in operation.Preoperative sham operation shortened the time of operation and reduced the volume of bleeding of operation and accuracy of cervical pedicle,screw fixation.Conclusion:Three-dimensional printing technology can overall,direct-viewing,exactly display three-dimensional shape of cervical spine and spatial relation of an atomic structure.They have the important role of supervising clinic diagnosis and treatment.3D printing technology make operation which was excellent safer and more convenient.It has the broad application perspective in treatment of complicated cervical spine tumor.
