首先简要介绍医院信息化的现状,指出目前存在信息化资源利用率和整合度不高的问题;其次,通过云计算和虚拟化技术的分析,给出了基于VMware虚拟套件的医院数据中心资源整合平台的架构设计,并结合实际应用重点论述了存储和服务器资源整合方法：详细分析了资源整合虚拟化平台构建过程：硬件资源整合、虚拟化平台搭建和应用软件资源构建调优;最后通过案例对平台的实际应用效果进行总结.

Construction of Resource Integration Platform in Hospital Data Centre Based on Virtualization

This paper firstly introduces the current situation of the hospital information system and points out the problems of low utilization rate resource and integration.Secondly it presents the architectural design of the resource integration platform in hospital data centre based on the VMware by the research and analysis of cloud computing and virtualization.At the same time,combining with the actual,the paper focuses on the resources integration method about storage and server.Thirdly the paper proposes to the process to structure resource integration platform on virtualization,incorporate is：hardware resources integration,virtualization platform structure,application software deployment and optimization.Finally the real results of use to the whole system have been summarized by a case.
