西宁地区C反应蛋白与2型糖尿病大血管病变的相关性分析

目的：讨论西宁地区（2260m）2型糖尿病伴或不伴大血管病变者、无糖尿病大血管病变患者厦正常对照组之间CRP水平变化，了解该地区CRP与2型糖尿病大血管病变相关性。方法：用免疫比浊定量法测定2型糖尿病伴或不伴大血管病变者、无糖尿病大血管病变者及正常对照组间CRP水平变化。结果12型糖尿病及无糖尿病大血管病变患者血清CRP水平均高于正常对照组（P＜0．01）；且2型糖尿病伴大血管病变患者CRP水平较糖尿病不伴大血管病变者及无糖尿病的大血管病变患者高（P＜0．01）。结论：CRP在2型糖尿病大血管病变的发生发展中具有致病作用，在西宁地区CRP与2型糖尿病大血管病变亦存在相关性，因缺氧，加重大血管内皮损伤，血液粘稠度增加更明显，加速动脉粥样硬化进程，应及早干预，降低致残率及病死率。

Association Between C-reactive Protein and Type 2 Diabetic Macrovascular Disease in Xining Area

Objective: To study the possible association between C-reactive protein(CRP) and type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM) macrovascular complication in xining area.(2 260m altitudes) Methods: Serum CRP levels were assayed by ELISA in type 2 DM patients with or without macorvascular complication,non-DM patients with macrovascular disease and normal controls(each 50 cases) Results: The serum level of CRP in type 2 DM and non-DM patients presenting with macrovascular disease were higher than that in normal controls(P<0.01);and serum CRP levels in type 2 DM with macrovascular disease were significantly higher than that in type 2 DM patients without macrovascular disease and non-DM patients presenting with macrovascular disease(P<0.01).Conclusions: There is a relationship between the CRP and type 2 DM macrovascular complication in patients with the ype 2 diabetes mellitus in Xining area.
