军队与地方病人部分医疗指标的质量比较

目的分析某军队医院6年间军、地病人部分医疗指标的质量变化,为军队医疗改革提供参考。方法用病例分型质量管理系统软件导出2001/2006年住院病人病案首页信息123618份,包括军队病人与地方病人。用SAS8.2软件对平均住院日、疑难病例率、治愈好转率进行统计分析,用Logistic方法分析军地病人的疑难危重率和治愈好转率的差别。结果除10岁以下年龄段病人外,军队病人的平均住院日明显长于地方病人;军队病人的疑难危重率低于地方病人,治愈好转率高于地方病人。结论军队住院病人的医疗质量管理需要加强。

Comparative Study of Medical Quality between Military and Civilian Inpatients

Objective To analyze the changes of medical quality of a military hospital in the past 6 years,and to supply reference for military medical reform.Methods The primary records of 123 618 inpatients from 2001 to 2006 of a certain hospital were collected.Average days in hospital were statistically described with SAS 8.2,and the difference of CD rates and cure rates for the military and civilian inpatients were analyzed with Logistic regression.Results The average days in hospital of the military inpatients were obviously longer than civilian inpatients except the inpatients younger than 10 years old.The CD rate of military inpatients was lower and the cure rate was higher than the civilian inpatients.Conclusion The medical quality for military inpatients should be improved.
