| 摘 要： | 目的探讨花粉症与中药制剂之间的相关性。方法对28例中药制剂诱发过敏症状的患者,进行花粉变应原检测,并应用EL_ASE法测定血清中总IgE和IgG4的含量。结果28例患者夏秋季花粉、蒿属花粉变应原检测均呈强阳性反应,血清中总IgE和IgG4含量平均值显著高于正常值。结论某些中药制剂与蒿属花粉等有交叉抗原性,可以诱发或加重花粉症症状。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To discuss the correlation between pollenosis and traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM) . METHODS: Pollen allergometry was performed on 28 patients with TCM- induced pollenosis, and ELASE was applied to detect total value of IgE and IgG4 in the serum of the patients. RESULTS: All 28 patients reacted strongly positive to summer/autumn pollen- antigen and Artemisia pollen- antigen, with the total value of IgE and IgG4 in the serum significantly above the normal value. CONCLUSIONS: Certain TCMs have cross antigenicity with Artemisia pollen, which can induce or worsen pollenosis symptoms. |
