紫花地丁总黄酮和多糖对D-半乳糖致衰小鼠血清中过氧化氢酶活性的影响

摘    要:[目的]研究紫花地丁总黄酮和多糖对D-半乳糖致衰小鼠血清中过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响。[方法]采用D-半乳糖致亚急性衰老法制备小鼠衰老模型,随机分组,分别灌胃给予不同剂量的紫花地丁总黄酮和多糖,测定小鼠血清中CAT的活性。[结果]正常对照组与各治疗组的CAT活力明显高于模型对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。紫花地丁总黄酮中、低剂量组提高小鼠血清CAT的活力的作用强于紫花地丁多糖中、低剂量组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),紫花地丁总黄酮和多糖高剂量组之间差异无统计学意义。[结论]紫花地丁总黄酮和多糖对D-半乳糖致衰小鼠血清中过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性具有提高的作用。

Abstract:[Objective] To research the influence of Flavonoid and Polysaccharides in Viola yedoensis Makino on the activity of serum catalase (CAT) in mice. [Methods] The mice were divided into eight groups after injection of D-galactose to make subacute aging model, and then, each group mice were fed drug. The CAT activity in serum was detected. [Results] CAT activity of normal control group and the treatment group was obviously higher than model control groups(P<0.05,P<0.01). The improvement of Flavonoid on the activity of CAT in middle and low dose group was significant than Polysaccharides group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between high dose groups. [Conclusion] The study shows that Flavonoid and Polysaccharides in Viola yedoensis Makino can significantly improve the activity of CAT.
