| 摘 要： | 目的]调查市售荷叶药材中荷叶碱的含量。【方法】以荷叶中的荷叶碱为指标成分，采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）进行含量测定。【结果】在24个样品中，2个样品合格，22个样品不合格，合格率为8．3％。【结论】现有市售荷叶药材中荷叶碱含量普遍偏低。

| Abstract: | Objective]To investigate the content of Nuciferine in Folium nelumbinis in the market. Methods]Taking Nuciferine as the index component,HPLC was employed for content determination. Results]Among twenty-four collected samples,two samples were qualified,and twenty-two samples were unqualified.The rate of qualification was 8.3%.Conclusion]The content of nuciferine in Folium nelumbinis in the market was generally lower. |
